The templates are in the form of a personal web package, which includes the DWT, and all supporting files, folders and graphics. The Expression Web template layouts are based on an original layout created at my favorite site Inknoise Layout-o-Matic, which unfortunately is no longer functioning.

I use this Color Palette Creator to come up with the colors I use. Clicking on the link under the template will take you to the full size template where you can download the Personal Web Package and import it into your newly created web. These are basic templates. There are many resources for learning CSS. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask. I need to add some logic for a plugin in the CMS login page but I can't find the correct template to modify.

I can see that when it fails to login it goes to admin. I've also done the same with the Agile Records but still no luck in making any changes in the template. I've cleared cache after each modification to rule out caching problems. My other guess that is because we are using an in-house custom theme the system is using that and not the system default one.

I can however see that we are using custom CSS but no custom login html form, thus the system cant be using a custom one. But it's never recommended that you edit a core file.
