Until the mission Trojan Voodoo is completed, the Haitians are not ordinarily hostile towards Tommy, and will only attack him in self-defense.

Haitian gang members will also attack the player if the player carjacks a fellow Haitian gangster from his vehicle , or does any harm to the gangster. After the completion of Trojan Voodoo, the Haitians will be hostile towards Tommy, and will attack him on sight if spotted in Little Haiti , regardless of what he's wearing, what car he's driving, and whether he is armed or not.

Likewise, Cubans will shoot and kill Haitian gang members that are spotted in Little Havana. Haitian gang members will also be attacked by the Patrol Invest Group if members are seen crossing the Links Bridge. The gang is frequently in conflict with the Cubans over turf, and the Vercetti Gang over control of their assets. The police will act against both parties when gun battles occur. The police will pursue and kill Haitian gang members in the same manner as they do with other gangs or street criminals.

The player can can receive a " Good Citizen Bonus " by helping the officer beat down the fleeing gangster. However, the player must be careful though, as the fleeing gangster or other gang members around the area will attack the player if seen.

G's will chase Tommy. Sparrow Missions. If you want to participate you need to pay a little entry fee. Racing is not for fun its for money, Earn Cash, Not Kudos. You have to race 2 laps against 3 other RC Cars. You and the other will race using the RC Bandit. But this time you're not controlling a car, you're controlling an RC Airplane! Hotring In this race, Tommy has to drive a Hotring Racer. The race itself is a 12 lap circuit against 15 other racers. If a racecar is destroyed a new one will spawn it. Bloodring To win this race Tommy has to drive a Bloodring Banger through checkpoints, but the twist is that this is a time-based race.

Tommy will start with 30 seconds. Every checkpoint adds 15 seconds to the timer. You can complete this race 6 times. For the first time, you need to have 1 minute on the timer and for the sixth time 6 minutes.

There are a total of 32 checkpoints scattered around the arena. There are a total of 9 Safehouses in the game. You will get some safehouse for free if you play the story missions. One of those Safehouses is the Vercetti Estate this is probably the best safe house there is. There are some things that will change near or in the Safehouse that I would like to point out. The Mansion has space for 3 Cars or 4 Motorcycles. There will always spawn a white Infernus in the hedge maze Tommy can find a Sniper Rifle and on the south side, there will spawn a Sea Sparrow if Tommy has collected 80 hidden packages or more.
