Zune software not working on windows 7 64 bit

I have done about 5 clean installs of the software and run the Zune Media Reset Tool about Nothing seems to work.

I have about 12, songs in my library and the Zune software does seem to slow down the system. Normally it is using about k memory while playing but there are times when it spikes to double or more of that. It will crash regardless of what else is open. I am trying to reduce the graphic quality now to see if that works.

Anybody else have thoughts on what this might be? I just keep hoping there will be an update to fix this. You should upgrade or use an alternative browser.
